This small family-run company specialise in Experiential Design, Production and Installation and are proud to count large brands and leading marketing agencies amongst their clients.

Their range of services cover everything from exhibition stands, productlaunches and bespoke sampling stands to PR stunts, sampling bins and giant props.


They currently have an opening for a Production Manager responsible for the production team and ensuring the successful realisation, delivery and full end-to-end production process of all company projects.


Working closely with the creative and production teams to develop the physical materials and build process, you will be responsible for implementation and close monitoring of the project and production timeline; managing health & safety, project budgets,onsite operations and post-event evaluation.


Skills and Experience needed from the Production Manager:

  • Strong organisation, time and people management skills
  • An interest in experiential, immersive, events and production
  • Positive, cando attitude
  • Able to explore innovative, creative and costeffective production solutions
  • Able to work to production timelines throughout the production process
  • Attention to detail with an ecological approach
  • Manufacturing experience in a woodbased environment
  • Experience of planning and scheduling
  • Driving & forklift licence would be helpful but not essential
  • Experience in electrics and electronics preferable but not essential
Salary on offer will be between £40k and £45k based on 40 hours per week. They also have a "dog creche" and are all pet lovers
