As a Sales Team Leader, you will need the energy to influence a team; leading them to success across our busy shop floor.

Your role will involve balancing store deadlines and daily operations while prioritising our customers and the in-store shopping experience.

YOUR EXPERIENCE
Acted as a key holder and assumed responsibility for the store for short periods of time in the absence of a manager

Assisted management in mentoring and coaching more junior members of the team.

Assisted in any other tasks alongside your store management team.

Similar experience in a key holder position within a fashion/ lifestyle brand preferable

Familiar with a target driven environment and leading and inspiring a team to drive sales


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£29,120.00 per year
