South Staffordshire College are looking to employ a highly motivated and inspirational individual to join our Learning Support team at Futures, a purpose-built specialist facility at Rodbaston campus that provides a high quality, fully inclusive learning environment for our students with severe and complex learning difficulties and disabilities.


We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Worker who can work effectively and imaginatively to provide first class support for students, to develop education, communication, social, emotional and personal skills to assist with their preparation into adulthood.

Our provision centers around delivering personalised study programmed which are designed to support each one of our learners to achieve their full potential.

What you can expect from us_ - _We care about your wellbeing so have a number of activities all year that provide support. However, time off is also important.
