Main Duties include:

To work safely and efficiently within the company's Health & Safety Policy
To keep the working area of the post holder tidy i.e. the whole of the reception area and drivers waiting room
To ensure that you carry out all your work legally
To comply with the Company risk assessment strategies
To carry out all duties in an efficient and courteous manner and ensure all queries are dealt with promptly
To ensure that all paperwork associated with the department is completed correctly and passed on to the correct department on time
To adhere to time schedules and all targets where appropriate
To answer all incoming calls as promptly as possible, always in an efficient, helpful and pleasant manner and transfer to appropriate department, taking messages if necessary.
To meet and greet visitors to the premises in an efficient, courteous and helpful manner and ensure they are dealt with promptly by the person they are visiting or someone in their place
To ensure there is an efficient handover to those providing cover
To carry out various administration tasks for departments within the depot
To complete any typing required
To ensure that brochure racks are fully stocked and current lists/offers displayed
To ensure that brochure stock levels are sufficient and reorder on manager's authorisation
To ensure post is prepared and dispatched on time
Responsibility for the vending machine
To generally assist with marketing as and when required
To book accommodation for staff/visitors as an when required
To order stationery and keep stock to the level agreed with manager.
To order staff uniform as required
To carry out any other duties as may be required by the company/MBUK in order to assist the company achieve its objectives
