This post will be focused on delivery of the DrEaMing CQUIN The Peri-Operative Quality Improvement Programme found that early Drinking, Eating and Mobilisation (DrEaMing) was associated with a 37.5% reduction in post-operative length of stay.

Therefore improved DrEaMing presents an opportunity to increase capacity and reduce backlogs as we work to recover services post-pandemic.

The post holder will provide educational support to achieve the CQUIN target of 80% of patients undergoing selected surgeries being supported to DrEaM within 24 hours of surgery completion.
