We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator, as a rapidly expanding business with ambitious plans, we're building on our capability and looking for outstanding people to join us on the next stage of our journey.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Working as part of the Commercial team you will be responsible for dealing with our existing customers while developing new business opportunities.
  • Calling key customers daily to ensure that they are getting the level of service they need and to build a greater understanding of their business.
  • Building rapport with our customers, you will become their trusted adviser, expert, and consultant for all their transport needs.

Essential Criteria:


  • Naturally inquisitive with strong analytic and IT skills and be comfortable with Excel and Power Point Experience of using and fully proficient with software packages such as MS Excel & Word etc.
  • You will be a positive, success driven and ambitious individual, with the desire to deliver an exceptional experience for all our customers.
  • Maths, English GSCE.

Desirable criteria:


  • Minimum 3 years' experience within a Telephone Sales role.
  • Minimum of 1 years' experience within the Transport & Logistics industry.
