Studio Ore is a fast growing manufacturer of high quality, hand finished bathroom taps and fittings based in Sussex. We pride ourselves on using the highest quality materials and techniques to produce beautiful hand finished products in brass which we sell internationally


This is an exciting role in a small but growing business where you will play an important part in supporting our extraordinary growth.

You will ideally have worked in a manufacturing business in the premium sector.

You will be responsible for supporting our sales manager by providing quotations, taking payments and ensuring orders are passed effectively to our production team.

You should have an excellent telephone manner and be able to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels.


Key Responsibilities

  • Opening trade accounts
  • Providing quotations to our trade customers & following up to close the order
  • Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
  • Some general office administration tasks

General requirements

  • Must be able to demonstrate at least 2 years experience working in a similar role.
  • Experience with a premium brand is preferred.
  • Confident dealing with customers over the phone
  • Working under pressure in multitasking roles where prioritisation of tasks is essential
  • A background in manufacturing would be useful.

Job Types:
Part Time, or Full time permanent


Salary:
£29,000.00-£34,000.00 per annum Pro rata

Hours:
Minimum 4 days per week.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Haywards Heath, RH17 7BA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

  • Sales administration: 2 years (required)

  • Driving Licence (required)
