The role

As part of your role you will provide suitable technical support to advisers and take overall responsibility for the sales and administrative processes, whilst operating at all times within the compliance and internal procedures of the firm.


Other duties include:

  • Administration, such as photocopying, answering telephones, maintaining the filing system and sorting post.
  • Effective communication with product providers and clients.
  • Complete all basic documentation for a sale in a thorough and conscientious manner.
  • Assisting the manager with month end duties.
  • Assist the advisers with their diaries and time management.
  • Data input onto relevant software packages
  • Complete all basic documentation for a sale in a thorough and conscientious manner.
  • Set up client file and ensure checklists are completed accurately.

Qualification

We have created a first-class training and development programme and, by starting your career at Azets, in addition to the comprehensive on the job training, you will also be given all the support you need to complete a professional qualification, including college and/or study days, mentoring and a designated buddy.


Application Requirements To get the job that you'll love,
you will:

  • Need the right to work in the UK from your start date
  • Have achieved Level 4 or above in GCSE English Language & Maths (or equivalent)
  • Have achieved/be on track to achieve a minimum of 96 UCAS points (or equivalent)
  • Please note, this role is
    not suitable if you hold an undergraduate and/or masters degree
