We are looking for individuals who would like to join our in-house Day Service provision as an Activity Organiser. There are several permanent roles available ranging from 18 to 30 hours and casual positions too.


Our services aim to provide meaningful activities that provide enjoyment and personal fulfilment whilst encouraging inclusion, promoting independence and expanding the individual's interests and skills.

We aim to work in a person-centred way with our older people and adults with learning and or physical/sensory disability so that their needs are consistently met in a sensitive way, whilst being flexible and adaptable to their individual's needs and aspirations.


The role will be to creatively plan, organise and review individual activities, as well as leading and participating in activities and promoting participation from our customers.

You will need a positive mindset, excellent communication skills and the ablity to work well in a team.


You will be required to have experience of caring for people with a learning and/or physical disability and have enthusiasm and the ability to motivate others.

We are looking for individuals with a real passion for supporting others and ensuring our customers get the best they can out of their time with us.

These roles do involve providing personal care, nutrition and hydration and medication administration.


It is essential that you already hold a literacy and numeracy qualification at GCSE Grade C or above or equivalent.
Basic first aid or the ability to achieve within 6 months is also required. Experience working with those with who require positive behaviour support and have complex needs is also desirable.


Current hours of work are Monday to Friday during the day with various patterns of work available including some 9am till 3pm patterns, however you must be prepared to be flexible for any evening activities.
