Who we are looking for:

Unistrut is looking for an experienced spot welder who will be responsible for the operational performance of the spot welding machines, ensuring that the machines are kept in good working order and all PMS in the department are completed to a high level and documented.

What you'll do:

Setting & Operating our spot welding machines
Ensuring parts produced are correct to drawings
Ensure that good levels of 5S are maintained on all machines, areas, and tooling
Be Involved in continuous improvement processes and driving through improvements in all aspects of the role.

What you bring:

A good knowledge of setting and operating spot welding machines.
Able to work as part of a team and an individual
Motivation to beat production targets safely and to required quality standards
Ability to comply with and promote Atkore's ATIRE and SQDC values
