Description
A privately owned, nationwide Commercial Property Consultancy are seeking a client-facing Building Surveyor to join their flagship Cambridge office.


The new Building Surveyor will have a varied project/professional role meaning the successful Building Surveyor will carry out the full remit of traditional building surveying duties ranging from pre-acquisition surveys to defect diagnosis, preparing specificationsand contract administration.


As the successful Building Surveyor, you will be expected to build a portfolio of client relationships both internally and externally.

You'll have the opportunity to continue your career progression and work your way towards Directorship, with the supportof your line managers.


The successful Building Surveyor

  • Ideally MRICS or partway through APC
  • 2+ years' experience as a clientfacing building surveyor
  • Strong communication both written and verbal
  • A team player mentality with a willingness to develop and learn new skills
  • Clientfacing demeanour
  • Good time and selfmanagement skills

In Return?
- £35,000 - £45,000 (Dependant on experience level)
