Customer Service Representative

Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join our client based in Bracknell.

The successful Customer Service Representative will be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer services, written, verbally and face to face
  • Working with operations team, the sales team and warehouse, to ensure understanding of individual customer requirements
  • Ensuring orders are processed accurately
  • Processing orders onto JDE Oracle system
  • Adhering to any stock allocations before releasing orders to Warehouse
  • Splitting, grouping, and updating orders
  • Ensuring orders are booked in, picked, packed, and despatched according to our customer's guidelines.
  • Following up delivery discrepancies

The Customer Service Representative will have:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Order entry experience
  • Experience of using Amazon Vendor Central
  • An understanding of product barcoding and EU compliance for product supply in the retail sector
  • Competency using MS Excel & Outlook
  • GCSE's in English and Maths (grades A-C) or equivalent.
