You will lead key inclusion projects for Primark and create and drive meaningful insight led plans that support the delivery of our Diversity and Inclusion strategy.

What You'll Do:

In your role, you'll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets.

Here's a flavour of your day-to-day:

  • You will work closely with the Head of D&I, other D&I BPs, the D&I Steering Committee, our D&I colleague networks, and key stakeholders across the wider business, you will support delivery of our D&I strategy, cocreating and implementing programmes and initiatives across our 16 markets in line with our wider people and business strategies.
  • You will be responsible for the project management of several key campaigns throughout the year, working with multiple stakeholders, ensuring delivery at pace whilst identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • You will have specific areas of focus, including people data and insight, whilst contributing significantly to delivery of the overall strategy. You will contribute to the evolution of our D&I strategy and overall People priorities by working closely with the Engagement and Insights teams to provide meaningful, colleague and customer led insights, supported by external research and thought leadership.
  • In this role you will have a high level of relationship management, acting as a connection point between our global D&I strategy and our unpartnered markets on some of our key campaigns and projects: working closely with the inmarket comms and P&C teams.

What You'll Bring

  • You will bring experience in designing and implementing D&I projects and initiatives within a global organisation; Ideally you will have experience working within a Retail organisation / with a distributed & primarily hourly workforce preferred.
  • You have a genuine passion for diversity, equity and inclusion, and a humancentric approach.
  • You will bring effective communications skills, both written and verbal
  • You have great insight relating to impactful D&I best practice, and knowledge of current trends, relevant legislation and cultural sensitivities relating to the markets we operate in
  • You have effective stakeholder, project, and change management skills, able to take plans from concept and design through to execution and measurement.
  • You bring leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to influence and facilitate new ways of thinking about inclusion.
