We're looking for a creative, curious individual to join our Residential Care team at Eastgate as a
Residential Care Officer Level 1. You'll be passionate about care and deeply committed to helping children across the county to achieve positive outcomes.

We're looking for a creative, curious individual to join our Residential Care team as a Residential Care Officer.

The home is in Sleaford, it is a long term Children's Home which provides care for children and young people between the ages of 8 and 18.

You'll be passionate about care and deeply committed to helping children across the county to achieve positive outcomes.

As an important member of our team, you'll create an environment where children can feel safe, nurtured and at home.
