_We are now looking for a HR Manager to join our team in Loughton, Essex_


You will be responsible for leading and directing the HR team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business as well as providing high quality, practical and insightful HR advice to the board of directors and the management team.

Leading the fullintegration of HR to support the growth and development of the organisation alongside offering continual support to all employees.


Salary:
Up to £80,000 per year, depending on experience


HR Manager Duties:


  • Ensure the HR function is appropriately skilled and lead the team to drive and deliver the development of a proactive business HR strategy
  • Coach the management team in developing leadership skills including recognising and resolving current issues, performance management and processes
  • Lead succession planning initiative and personal development planning
  • Take the lead in resolving complex employee issues that pose a risk to the business
  • Lead culture initiatives by supporting and coaching the 100+ employees
  • Be the business owner of the HR processes, policies and procedures ensuring that they are kept up to date with current employment law
  • Manage and promote the company's benefits and reward scheme
  • Responsible for leading all recruitment in line with the business growth plans. Recruitment and retention, managing talent and succession planning; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns
  • Employee relations, including managing absence, disciplinaries, grievances and sickness
  • Measure employee satisfaction and identifying areas that require improvement
  • Reward advice and supporting employees on company benefits
  • Ensure Mr Lender has a strong HR framework which is robust, but practical and proportionate
  • Deliver and forecast high quality HR advice with appropriate financial and people management information, accurate and up to date records and reporting
  • Manage and oversee and maintain the HR Information System and data destruction requirements

HR Manager Requirements:


  • Educated to degree level and attained CIPD or equivalent qualification
  • A minimum of 3 years HR management experience
  • Superb communication skills gained in business partnering/advisory/management roles
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with key members of the senior management team
  • Strong working knowledge of employment law
  • Knowledge of FCA regulations is desirable
  • You must act with integrity, due care, skill and diligence
