Description
Manage and co-ordinate the team within its day to day activity ensuring that plans and targets are fulfilled.

Ensure that the team works to required standards in line with related Trust policies and that any failings are reported and corrected accordingly.

Ensure that the team understand and work to agreed performance expectations and support monitoring of the same as required. Ensure that the team contributes as required to the delivery of performance development and quality improvement programmes.

Ensure that members of the team receive appropriate support, supervision and development in line with related Trust policies.
