We are hiring for a reliable and organised Receptionist.

They will manage our front desk daily and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.

The ideal receptionist willalso ensure smooth running of our company's offices and contributes to driving sustainable growth.

Duties of a Receptionist:

You will be responsible for:

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures)
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)

As a receptionist, you need have experience with:

  • Working within a dynamic and developing environment
  • Being resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Multitasking and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
It would be beneficial to the Administrator if you also had:

  • Previous experience in a similar environment (desirable)
  • A good level of education (desirable)
  • Familiarity with office management procedures
  • Professional attitude and appearance
