Description

Serra and Speller LTD are a property maintenance and construction company based in London. We carry out works across the whole of the M25 for various estate agents. We work closely with a wide range of property managers organizing and conducting works from small to large jobs.

You must be over 25

You must own a full driving licence

You MUST live in and around the UB Postcode (Southall, Hayes, Greenford, Northolt, Uxbridge)
We are currently looking for a Labourer to join our team

Salary:
£120 Per Day

Hours required:
Mon - Fri, 8:00 - 17:00

Responsibilities:

Assit Roofing Team
Clean up worksites from hazardous or obsolete material
Assist carpenters, painters or other tradespeople onsite
Handle and transport materials (e.g. cement) and equipment (e.g. drills and grinders)
Use power tools and machinery (e.g. forklifts) when needed
Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labour tasks (e.g. digging, stacking up goods)
Put up warning signs (e.g. signposts, cones) for vehicles and passersby
Help with setting up and transferring temporary structures (e.g. scaffolding)
Report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions

Requirements:

Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads of up to 40 pounds etc.)
Good handeye coordination
Familiarity with power tools and machinery is a plus
Communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to safety rules
Self Employed
