Medical manufacturing operative / Production Operative

Our client, a world leading surgical supply company based in Redditch, require Medical Manufacturing Operatives to join their team.
Immediate start dates available with the potential of securing a permanent contract after the completion of a successful trial period.
With full training provided and working within a very clean and recently refurbished building, the general duties will involve quality checking, production and light assembly.

Working hours;
- Rotating shifts of 06.00 to 14.00 and 14.00 to 22.00 Monday to Thursday. Friday working hours are either 06.00 to 12.30 or 12.30 to 19.00
Pay rate;
- Grade 1 operatives = £11.60 per hour
Overtime pay rates;
- Monday to Friday after 37.5 hours £15.46 per hour
- Saturdays after 37.5 hours £17.40 per hour
- Sundays and Bank Holidays £23.20 per hour
