Job Title:
Trainee Technical Recruiter

Location:
Basildon / Warwick with some flexibility to work from home

Reporting to:
Recruitment Manager
Contechs specialises in professional recruitment in the automotive engineering sector

We are looking for a Trainee Technical Recruiter to join our successful recruitment department.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate tenacity, determination and strong telephone sales skills.

Contechs is a well-established player in the automotive sector and you will be expected to build on this reputation and develop relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

Support both permanent and contract vacancies
Provide information relating to recruitment regulations and legislations, for example AWR and IR3
Liaison with Contechs Senior Management Team.
Responsible for the update of information on the recruitment database.
Working within Contechs' defined KPI deck

Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills.
PC literate.
GCSE Education and ideally A Level/Degree
Interest in cars/automotive industry is preferred
Full valid UK driving licence

Recruitment Manager
Sales Team
Accounts Team

£11,229.27-£54,561.44 per year
