This permanent role for a n Accounts Administrator will be a valuable position within the company has come about due to the expansion of the Lion team.


We are looking for someone in the Aberystwyth/Mid Wales area with a good working knowledge of SAGE 50, a confident user of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook programmes with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Experience of Xero would be beneficial.

The person we are seeking will also be outgoing, confident, motivated and enjoy dealing with queries from our customers and suppliers.

Whilst working in a hybrid situation, you will be part of a committed team with whom you will engage frequently throughout your working day.

You will be co working with the current accounts manager and will be following instructions from the Director and senior management.


Daily/Monthly duties will include but not limited to:

  • Maintaining Purchase and Sales Ledgers
  • Daily Bank reconciliation
  • Preparation of Aged Creditors and Aged Debtors reports
  • Prepayments and Accruals
  • All aspects of credit control
  • VAT returns
  • WIP (Work in Progress)
  • Any other ad hoc administration duties as required

Job Type:
Permanent Part-time


Experience:
Account Management - minimum 3 years (preferred)


Salary:
£24,000 - £30,000 pro rata dependent on experience.
