The Requirements:
- Previous office experience working within a busy customer service and client focused role using database and outlook
- Able to multi task on a busy reactive helpdesk
- Booking and coordinating a technical team on sites in various locations
- Working as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Ability to multi task in high pressured environment
- Excellent organisational skills, Good general IT skills (Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook)
- Excellent numeracy/literacy skills
- Knowledge of service IT software systems
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- customer service: 3 years (preferred)
