Great job in a great team in amazing offices This role is based in the Helpdesk department as part of their busy coordinators


The Requirements:


  • Previous office experience working within a busy customer service and client focused role using database and outlook
  • Able to multi task on a busy reactive helpdesk
  • Booking and coordinating a technical team on sites in various locations
  • Working as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Ability to multi task in high pressured environment
  • Excellent organisational skills, Good general IT skills (Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook)
  • Excellent numeracy/literacy skills
  • Knowledge of service IT software systems

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

- customer service: 3 years (preferred)
