Ready Care Services is award winning quality Care Services based in Essex. We are looking for HR Administrator to join our team.

This truly unique organisation is looking to grow its services over the next few years and is looking for a Recruitment & Compliance Administrator to join the team, who will work from Ready Care office based in Harlow.

An exciting opportunity to work as a business administrator for Ready Care Services - an industry specialist recruiter for the care and health industry. You will be responsible for completing administrative tasks such as keeping records up to date, recruiting support workers, creating rotes etc.

Apprenticeship Summary

Monday to Friday (8 hour shifts)
Wage: £5.50 per hour
Expected duration: 18 months
Full time of 37.5 hours and part time hours at 30 can be offered Really flexible with working hours

What will the apprentice be doing?**- Recruiting Support Workers.

Matching the right carer to the right customer in a timely fashion.
Ensuring all shifts are covered.
Participating in on call on a rota basis.
Undertaking investigation meetings.
Supporting the Senior Manager with business development.
Ensuring all carer records are up to date.
