We are currently looking for an exceptional individual for an exciting new role.


You will be working with a Charity that focus on empowering their local community and bettering the lives of vulnerable people.


This is a great opportunity for a proactive, enthusiastic individual with a friendly and professional manner to join the team.

Applicants should be reliable, have a passion for helping people, take pride in being a well-organised person, able to demonstrate secretarial skills, excellent attention to detail, understand the benefits of prioritisation, together with implementing consistency and efficiency to all assigned projects and tasks.


This role also requires you to have daily access to the internet and live in close proximity to the Hoxton area with the ability to commute in and around for internal and external meetings at short notice.

This is an exciting role for someone interested in a career in the public sector.


The Role Will Involve:

  • Note Taking
  • Minute Taking and Transcribing
  • Proofreading Documents
  • Diary Management (Scheduling)
  • Updating a CRM
  • Updating Client Records
  • Research and Record Information
  • Process and Update Transactions
  • Log Client Jobs
  • Record Keeping
  • Assist With Client Projects
  • Data Entry
  • Support With Meetings
  • Keeping Team Members Informed of Plans and Changes to Plans
  • PowerPoint preparation, editing and presentation
  • On-Site Work From Various Locations
  • Provide Adhoc Duties i.e. Other General Tasks
We welcome all applicant with 3 to 5 years experience supporting disabled and vulnerable people.

Job Types:

Salary:
£23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
