The Norfolk and Waveney ICS comprises all key NHS, local authority, community, and voluntary sector organisations that collectively serve our population.

In primary care our 105 practices have joined to form 17 primary care networks (PCNs) across Norfolk and Waveney.

These local networks each take responsibility for the health and care of their registered population working together with hospitals, community services, social care, and service users.

N&W ICS is committed to progressing the NHS Long-Term Plan and General Practice Five Year Forward View by supporting our GP practices and PCN's to improve their sustainability and resilience; securing operational stability; developing more effective ways of working and helping practices to embed new models of care.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a clinical professional to represent the N&W Primary Care Workforce Team and enable the development and implementation of strategic plans to address workforce challenges across primary care.
