Description

An exciting Finance Assistant role has been created with a brilliant FMCG brand which offers real opportunities for progression and development.

With steady and significant business growth in the past few years, this company is looking for a dynamic andenthusiastic professional to manage all the payables and receivables function.


The Role:


  • Processing all payables invoices
  • Regular reconciliations of key supplier accounts
  • Managing accounts inbox, ensuring great communication with suppliers and ensuring all suppliers are paid on time, as well as resolving any queries that may arise during the period
  • Preparing weekly payment runs
  • Weekly bank reconciliation
  • A minimum of 12 month experience within finance
  • Confident with processing high volume of invoices
  • Proactive and keen to learn
  • Excellent IT skills all Microsoft packages, especially Excel
  • Experience of using Netsuite a bonus, but not essential
