Your new role as Assistant Accountant
Managing the Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger

Managing Credit control

Purchase invoice processing

Raising sales invoices and credit notes

Payment processing

Supplier invoice matching to delivery notes and POs

Daily bank recs and cashflow inc factoring and credit cards

Reconcile online sales accounts

Month end Recs - Stock, Sales, Purchase

Month end journals

Weekly reporting

Admin duties and monitoring of accounts inbox

The Experience & Qualifications Required:

Experience in transactional accounting

Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Analytically minded

Excellent communication skills

Intermediate Excel experience

Sage Line 50 (Preferable)

Your Reward & The Package On Offer:
Permanent - full time

£30,000+ depending on experience
