Behavioural Support Worker (Full Time)

Rotherham

£15,500 - £18,000 Per Annum (Salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)


Contract Dates:
January July 2023


About the role:


The role requires a behavioural support worker to support vulnerable young learners who are not in full time mainstream education.

The successful applicant will have had previous experience in dealing with challenging behaviours and social, emotional and mental health needs.

Vision for education is seeking a behavioural support worker to work with students between the ages of years old within an Ofsted rated 'Good' SEND school based in Rotherham


Requirements:

To be considered for the role of Behavioural Support Worker you will:

  • Experience of working with pupils with SEND
  • Experience of supporting vulnerable children or adults
  • Be able to adapt to challenging situations that can arise
  • An ability to work as part of a team
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.

The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:


  • Experience working within an SEND setting or with vulnerable adults or young people
