Description

As a Team Leader, you will be required to monitor and oversee the day to day running of the contract.

This involves various duties such as managing the daily operations on behalf of the direct client, managing rosters and the allocation of staff duties,ensuring the staff are up to date with the daily events allocated, and act as an incident controller, managing any issues that may arise.


Please note this is a mobile role, that will require you to travel to different stores within Bristol and the surrounding areas, however a company van is provided along with a fuel card to purchase fuel, all paid for by the company.

Rate:
£ 11.45per

hour

Shift pattern/hours: 40 to 50 hours per week, various days (must be flexible)

Main duties:

  • Produce building ID cards where required.
  • Aware of and maintain the Clients KPIs and targets
  • Monitor the service and behavioural standards of the staff, including resolving and situations or circumstances leading to potential customer dissatisfaction
  • Deal with emergency situations that arise in a professional manner
  • Set and maintain the highest personal and professional standards as a Team Leader

Requirements:


  • SIA badge, either SG or DS is essential
  • Drivers licence essential
  • Experience in a similar role/retail background is preferred, but not essential
  • Flexible approach to suit the business needs
  • Be prepared to drive to any locations within Bristol and surrounding areas
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must have 5 year checkable work history
  • Good IT skills
