Description

We are looking to recruit an experienced and passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our team.

We are looking for a confident individual to lead the team in the pre school room and support them to ensure all practitioners:

Plan and deliver fantastic learning opportunities and exceptional standards of care that meets the needs of individual children.
Accurately asses the needs, interests and stages of development of the children by supporting the delivery of the key person approach.
Provide an enabling environment and stimulating and inspiring activities for the children in both the indoor and outdoor area as a continuous provision.
Ensure that British Values are incorporated and demonstrated through Early Years Foundation Stage learning and play.
Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children in line with our child protection and safeguarding policies.
Ensure that internal policies and procedures are followed whilst also meeting statutory childcare legislation.
Promote and follow guidelines implemented for managing behaviour including supporting children to manage their own feelings and behaviors.
Work in partnership with colleagues, parents and/or carers or other professionals to meet the individual needs of the children ensuring a diverse and inclusive approach is maintained at all times.

We are looking for an individual that can support practitioners with their continuous professional development and support the smooth running of the pre-school room and is able to support children in their development.

Salary:
From £10.50 per hour
