As a Call Handler, you will be the first point of contact for our customers seeking assistance with their inquiries or concerns.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Listening to callers concerns and inquiries with empathy and understanding.
- Providing accurate information and assistance to resolve customer issues.
- Escalating complex problems to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records of inquiries and resolutions.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering highquality service in every interaction.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
- Exceptional problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred but not required.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends,
