As a Call Handler, you will be the first point of contact for our customers seeking assistance with their inquiries or concerns.


Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Listening to callers concerns and inquiries with empathy and understanding.
  • Providing accurate information and assistance to resolve customer issues.
  • Escalating complex problems to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records of inquiries and resolutions.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering highquality service in every interaction.

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
  • Exceptional problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred but not required.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends,
