We operate over 7 million of warehousing space across 30+ locations in the UK. Our distribution network spans all corners of the country.

Our Stoke site are now recruiting for a Transport Compliance Administrator on a full time basis.


Salary:
£22,425 Per annum


Working hours:
Monday-Friday 10:00am-18:00pm


Job Description:

The purpose of a Transport Compliance Administrator is to provide effective administrative support to the Transport Department.


Key Duties of a Transport Compliance Administrator:

  • Updating vehicle records
  • Updating vehicle defect reporting system
  • Liaising with internal and external departments in order to resolve queries
  • Scanning and updating documents onto central compliance database
  • Data input into H & S database
  • Chasing agents for outstanding paperwork
  • Updating site audit records
  • Running drivers reports for transport supervisors
  • Auditing documents for compliance purposes
  • Driver Progress Updates
  • Completion of customer KPI documents
  • Completion of customer claim documents

Qualifications:


  • Organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Great communication skills
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft office packages
  • Strong administrative acumen
  • Inquisitive and investigative persuasion
  • Previous experience gained in a similar role is preferred but not essential
