We operate over 7 million of warehousing space across 30+ locations in the UK. Our distribution network spans all corners of the country.

Our Stoke site are now recruiting for a Transport Compliance Administrator on a full time basis.

Salary:
£22,425 Per annum

Working hours:
Monday-Friday 10:00am-18:00pm

Job Description:

The purpose of a Transport Compliance Administrator is to provide effective administrative support to the Transport Department.

Key Duties of a Transport Compliance Administrator:

Updating vehicle records
Updating vehicle defect reporting system
Liaising with internal and external departments in order to resolve queries
Scanning and updating documents onto central compliance database
Data input into H & S database
Chasing agents for outstanding paperwork
Updating site audit records
Running drivers reports for transport supervisors
Auditing documents for compliance purposes
Driver Progress Updates
Completion of customer KPI documents
Completion of customer claim documents

Qualifications:

Organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Great communication skills
Good IT skills including Microsoft office packages
Strong administrative acumen
Inquisitive and investigative persuasion
Previous experience gained in a similar role is preferred but not essential
