Podium Recruitment Limited is working with a client seeking a Mortgage Advisor in Manchester, and the remote role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.

Reporting to the Second Charge Team Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

Managing a portfolio of customers with a variety of inbound and outbound streams
Delivering exceptional sales performance against agreed KPIs
Demonstrating professionalism and exceptional customer service, to ensure the highest levels of performance are achieved in all aspects of the role
Establishing customers' requirements by evaluating their current financial situation
Presenting the most appropriate options for the customer to choose from by providing the right advice
Sales experience with a proven track record of hitting KPIs and targets within a dynamic sales environment
To be determined and resultsfocused
The ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing across a wide range of audiences
Experience in a pressurised role working towards targets and deadlines
