Personal Assistant to Senior Leadership Team
Required for Monday 17th April 2023
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Personal Assistant to join our team.

The main purpose of the role is to support the Principal and Senior Leadership Team in helping to provide an excellent leadership service to all members of the academy team.

You will be joining Fulwood Academy at a very exciting time. We have exceptional teaching facilities in a £23m building which opened in September 2012. We have committed staff dedicated to the all-round education of our young people. The academy currently has around 760 pupils on roll and is increasing.
In the Academy's latest Ofsted reports, (July 2021) comments speak of improvement with a very bright future, a new vision and inspirational leadership

  • Salary: Grade 5, Fulwood SCP , £24,613 £26,924 (pro rata £22,958 £25,114)

Essential Qualifications

Desirable Qualifications

  • A level or Level 3 equivalent
Essential Experience

  • Experience of working in a busy environment with competing demands
  • Excellent literacy skills
  • High level of general clerical/ administrative skills and understanding
  • Ability to work with a wide range of professionals
  • Experience of producing documentation for an internal and external audience
  • Experience of using the full MS Office suite
  • Experience of using a Management Information System
Desirable Experience

  • Experience of working in an education setting
  • Experience of dealing with HR matters
  • Knowledge of who school procedures, organisation and structure
  • Knowledge of SIMS
