Customer Care Liaison
Our client is a fast growing business based in Harrogate. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a exciting company that offers excellent benefits and has a supportive culture.
As Customer Care Liaison you will provide support to sales representatives from quote to invoice, ensuring you provide friendly memorable customer service experience to all customers.
Salary is £22,000 p/a plus excellent benefits including 22 days annual leave + stats.
Customer Care Liaison responsibilities include:
- Deliver an outstanding customer service experience via communication networks including; telephone, live chat and ticket system.
- Actively resolve any issue by contacting the customer to rectify any errors on orders and prioritise orders to ensure their urgency.
- Assist with any inquiries, questions, and complaints in an efficient and timely manner.
- Process survey requests, invoices and quotes and reports within SLA's.
- Ensure an accurate, timely and efficient order process from the point of entry through to dispatchment.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales function and administer the returns processes.
- Liaise with various departments to ensure the customer is provided with the best level of service.
- General office administrative duties such as making enquires, gathering info, data entry, scanning, filing, answering telephone queries etc
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient IT knowledge
- Well organised
- Attention to detail
- Previous experience in an office based role
Pay:
£22,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Harrogate: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
