As a Finance Assistant you will be responsible to ensure accurate recording of all rent transactions and promptly raise sales invoices.

On a day-to-day basis you will update and maintain various systems in relation to tenancy arrangements, rent and service charges.

Liaising with internal departments regarding rent arrears and processing various payments. Working to our policies and procedures you will be responsible for managing outstanding invoices.

This is a busy and demanding role where you will put our customers at the heart of what you do, You will be eager with a customer focussed approach and able to use your own initiative to resolve problems.
