Description

Yogurt is big business here at Yeo Valley and we are looking for our next Head of Sales in yoghurts.

Needless to say you will need to be passionate about our brand and products, but also have some extensive experience in retail sales and a proven track record in leading sales teams.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will have worked with major retailers and be able to motivate an established sales team to achieve the best results while building further relationships with our largest customers.

Key responsibilities:

Substantial experience dealing with major multiple retailers
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
A proven leader and motivator of people
Ability to forge strong and effective crossfunctional relationships
Demonstrates a proven track record in developing sales strategies to achieve sales and profit targets
Ability to effectively monitor category performance against plan and communicate accordingly
Able to understand trade & promotional spending effectiveness
Demonstrates strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
Ability to interface and demonstrate leadership both internally and externally
Demonstrates commitment to building strong business relationships with customer
