YSA Education are currently working with an all through special school in Leicester that provides for children between the ages of 4-18 years.

The school is an alternative provision for children with SEMH and challenging behaviour.

Your role as a SEN Teaching Assistant would be to work 1-1 to support the pupils in either the KS2 class or KS3 class on a full-time basis alongside the Teacher.

Class size range between pupils.

Role Requirements:

A nurturing individual with a passion for working with children.
Ability to work as part of team, alongside teaching staff.
Prior experience of working with challenging behaviour
Able to use their initiative to support learning.

Benefits:

Full time school hours
SEND TA (KS2 age groups and KS3 age groups needed)
Challenging Behaviour/ SEMH
Longterm until the academic year at the least

- £85-90 per day

Optional team teach qualification (free of charge)
DBS Refund

Requirements:

DBS on the update service or willing to get one.
Eligibility to work in the UK.
Experience working with SEMH/ Challenging Behaviour (Does not have to be in a school setting)
