Finance Administrator

Location:
Hale


Salary:
£23-25K


Hours:
Mon-Fri full time

  • Part time maybe considered

General day to day duties will include the following:

  • Dealing with incoming & outgoing payments (Faster Payments/TT's)
  • Dealing with all aspects of purchase ledger i.e checking, inputting and paying invoices when due
  • Daily banking
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Dealing with office disbursements i.e AML/HMLR/HMCTS/Statements and allocating to correct files
  • All aspects of billing
  • Answering fee earner queries
  • Taking card payments when necessary
  • Assisting with month end procedures
  • Assisting with payroll postings
  • Other ad hoc tasks as and when required which fit into the role of a finance administrator i.e petty cash handling, time write off for fee earners clearing up ledgers etc

Salary:
£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
