Complaints Advisor - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

£32,000 - £35,000 depending on experience

Hybrid

Monday to Friday

About the role:


As Complaints Advisor at Sage Homes, the largest provider of new affordable homes in England,you will be assisting the Customer Service Manager with feedback and complaints processes to resolve issues and continuously improve the service we offer to customers.


This is a 6-month Fixed Term Contract offering hybrid working, including three days a week working in our fantastic Covent Garden office.


What you will be doing:


  • Administration and processing of expressions of dissatisfaction, complaints and enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Use relevant IT and CRM systems, including Microsoft Dynamics, Outlook, Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.
  • Assist the Customer Service Manager with the accurate recording, tracking, monitoring, reporting and analysis of feedback and complaints.
  • Liaising with Sage colleagues and stakeholders to ensure complaints, Member's enquiries and general enquiries are responded to in a timely manner.
  • Build relationships with customers, help them with issues, and continually delight them with a positive, customercentric attitude.
  • Receive and distribute information and communications effectively.
  • Maintain confidentiality and observe data protection guidelines in line with GDPR

What we're looking for:


  • Solid experience in customer service within a social housing or private sector development background.
  • Experience in using complaints systems and processes.
  • Ability to use IT effectively and quickly.
  • Ability to use initiative to solve problems independently in a professional setting.
  • Excellent communicator and have experience in communicating and negotiating with internal and external partners verbally and in writing
  • Ability to act efficiently and proactively; and make effective decisions within defined decisionmaking processes.
  • Proactive and take a creative approach to relationshipbuilding and problem solving.
  • Decisive and able to work at a fast pace.
  • Have a natural customer focus, a cando attitude and be a champion for the customer.
