Location:
The City of London

Office/ Hybrid:2 days at office/ 3 days at home

What You'll be Doing Each Day:
Handle HR matters for expatriate staff. To control expats rotation / appraisals etc. yearly and monthly and related procedures.

Handle expatriate rotations, their transfers and coordinate the expatriate appraisal process
Be the first point of contact for expatriate staff, answering their daily queries and providing advice
Build up a strong team with the Deputy DGM and other team members and maintain excellent communication with other Departments and members, including global offices
Create reports and provide recommendations to management
Provide advice and guidance to expatriates about internal/external rules, policies and procedures.

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

Previous experience of global mobility in HR
Japanese mother tongue standard and good verbal and written communication skills
Good ground knowledge of Human Resources and compensation
Must be proficient in the use of MS Office: Word, PowerPoint and Excel (formulae, pivot tables, sum ifs)
To understand the complex reporting lines in a diverse workforce and work with local subsidiaries and portfolio companies with a Japanese/EU mindset
Solid knowledge in Expatriate rotation system
