Nelson Permanent Placements are proud to be working with an established property developer who offer unique renovations and new-build projects around the West Midland region.

Our client is looking for a temporary Administrator to join the team for sickness cover. The contract will be a minimum of 2 months with the potential to be taken on permanently.


To be considered for this role you must have:

  • Strong administration experience
  • Customer service experience
**Temporary contract, 42.5 hours a week, paying £ £11.50ph
- depending upon experience**
Responsibilities: -

  • Collecting and entering data onto word & excel
  • Meeting & greeting visitors as they enter the building
  • Photocopying & filing documents
  • Arrange remedial visits

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven data entry work experience.
  • Experience with MS Office and data programs.
  • Accuracy
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident working within a busy environment
