Could you be the full-time Service Training Engineer in Derby we're looking for?
Key accountabilities:
Preparation of the training management Plan
Coordination of Training Material preparation.
Management of training planning (Forecast / Execution / Follow-up)
Training Evaluation.
Delivery of training elements during tender and project phase with respect of ISR management PLAN and QCD.
Training team involved in the design of training Materials.
Logistic organization and requirement for training Execution (Planning / Travel / Training environment)
Co-ordinate with other Métier or Function for the design of training Materials (mainly ISR documentation team)
Co-ordinate with Service Platform to ensure integration and compliancy with standard and best practice (REF LIB)
Manage training evaluation and capitalize REX.
Generic
Promote usage of standard Training practice compliant with international standard or Alstom central procedure and Method & Tool
Capitalize data and best practice to improve QCD on future project.
Promote innovative and pedagogic training tools (Simulator / e-Leaning / Virtual reality)

Budget responsibility:
up to 1 ME
Performance measurements:
Quality of Training deliverable during tender and project phase.
KPI (Control of QCD target, Customer satisfaction)
Educational Requirements
Mandatory:
Engineering University Degree or equivalent.
Desirable:
Training specialisation.
Experience
Mandatory:
Training experience within ISR Engineering scope.
Railways technical knowledge on maintainability aspects.
Desirable:
Experience in a maintenance Contract.
Competencies & Skills
Excellent Communication skills.
Team Leader
Knowledge of the main ISR Elements applicable to Railways equipment (Technical Publishing, Training)
