MTrec are currently recruiting for a renowned and respected manufacturing company based in the Chilton area.

MTrec are currently looking for proactive individuals who are looking for a long term position in production, operating machinery and wrapping products ready for dispatch.

This role can be dirty because of the product the company manufactures so please be aware of this.


The Role:


  • Attending morning briefings with team leader / supervisors for daily production targets
  • Working in a fast paced, dirty production environment
  • Safely operating machinery to manufacture products within spec
  • Use of hand tools for assembly of products
  • Carrying out visual quality checks of products, reporting defects to team leaders / supervisor
  • Following manual handling guidelines to move completed products
  • Strict adherence to health and safety regulations
  • Using measuring tools to ensure products are correct

The Person:


  • Someone with a can do attitude
  • Must be flexible to work overtime
  • Physically fit as manual handling is present in the role along with heavy lifting
  • Comfortable with working in dirty environments

  • 6:00am 14:00pm, 14:00pm 22:00pm
  • Please be aware a night shift may come on in the future 22:00pm 6:00am

The Pay:


  • Days: £9.50ph
  • Backs: £10.83ph
  • Nights: £12.35ph
