If you are looking for a varied Administrative position where you can support the company and team then this could be a fantastic position for you Our client are looking for an Administrator to provide support and carry out administrative functions forthe team.
The Client Administrator position will:
- Input, update data onto the system when required
- Process all information for events and campaigns
- Deal with ad hoc reporting in a timely manner
- Work with the wider business to update clients.
- Actioning requests in alignment with internal deadlines and processes
- Liaise with venues and sharing best practice within the team
- Supporting the events process endtoend process
- Follow up on the invitation process with delegates
- Minute take and action logs for internal and external meetings as and when required
- Prepare and distribute presentation and marketing material as and when required.
- Manage travel and accommodation arrangements for the distribution team as and when required
To be considered you will:
- Be a team player with a positive approach
- Maintain great communication skills
- Have the ability to communicate effective both written and verbally at all levels
- Maintain strong Interpersonal skills
- Have the ability to prioritise workload and adhere to deadlines
- Maintain good Problem Solving skills
- Have good administrative and personal organisational skills
- Good numeracy skills and have the ability to use Microsoft Office and Excel
