This is an exciting opportunity to join a charity education and training provider who are at the heart of their community.
The role is looking for a highly organised and confident Administrator to join them a support one of the Heads of department and managers to coordinate and provide admin support to create a smooth running function within the vocational training department.
Key duties:
- Coordinate and provide administrative support for Head and the Vocational Team
- Responsible for data collection, processing and production for all Vocational Projects from enquiry stage through initial assessment and placement to progression stages
- Support the daytoday activity of Vocational delivery.
- Implement procedures and provide the best possible service to students
Skills required:
- DBS will be required
- Previous experience of working as an administrator within a school or college
- Confident in liaising with a variety of different stakeholder at all levels
- Highly organised and able to prioritise and plan a busy workload
- Experience of funding regulations
- Experience of delivering support to students including signposting to support services
- Experience of working in data management and data collection
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Previous experience of managing audit and compliance is desirable
- Previous experience of working within education or training is desirable
