Description
We are looking for an experienced administrator to provide a confidential, comprehensive and professional level of administrative support to the Director of Governance.
Some of the main responsibilities include:
- Dealing with telephone and face to face enquiries from staff and external partners providing information, directing and prioritising queries as appropriate.
- Assisting with specific secretarial/clerical duties as directed by the Governance Director e.g. audit of regular meetings, preparation of documents for Inspectors.
The postholder will sometimes be required to work flexibly in order to cover the needs of the service, this will include some evening meetings.

£22,070.00 per year
