Description

We are looking for a highly organised, articulate individual with good customer service skills to join our team in the office Monday - Friday carrying out sales order processing and admin.


Role includes but not limited to:


  • Follow call list, ringing customers/taking incoming calls, taking their orders, inputting them onto the RJL system. Print all the relevant paperwork for the orders including production sheets, packing sheets, driver routes and delivery notes.

Update daily, RJL Sales Order Process system with all delivery note corrections/ amendments.

Add any new customers onto the RJL system and assign them onto the relevant routes.

Ensure all shops are serviced with Paperwork.

Manage Sales Order Process System, Timely and Accurately at all times.

Upsell on items and inform of specials on 1.30-3:30pm calls.

Any other reasonable request from a Manager or Director.

Job Types

:

Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 13 per week


Salary

:

£7.49-£12.50 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Huddersfield, HD2 1UR: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience

:


  • Sales administration: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
