Hotel Housekeeping


Set against a backdrop of breath-taking scenery, the Langdale Hotel offers guests a choice of 52 immaculately presented hotel bedrooms for our guests to enjoy.

Our Hotel Housekeeping team are responsible for caring for these rooms along with the hotel's public areas, and they take pride in the work that they do.

The high standards of our hotel rooms are a big reason why people return to our hotel time and time again, making this role crucially important to the happiness of our guests.


Our Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor

  • Assist with supervision of day to day running of the department, checking rooms are to a high standard and to work to achieve a positive team spirit both within the housekeeping team and the rest of the Estate.
  • To support with the cleaning when needed
  • Deal quickly, politely, and efficiently with any guest queries, requests, or complaints, to achieve maximum satisfaction.
  • Assist the Housekeeping Manager with any administrative day to day work as required.
  • Maintain excellent customer and other department relations.
  • To delegate and ensure all staff members are fulfilling their duties, in the absence of the Housekeeping Manager, ensuring that the daily and weekly duties are performed to a high standard.
  • Ability to supervise the Hotel Housekeeping team.
