About the role

  • North Northants Adult Learning Service are looking for an experienced and motivated Administrator to join the Business Support team. _
  • Principal duties will include working with a range of systems to provide a responsive service to internal and external customers, ensuring information is provided in a timely manner to relevant team members in order to monitor performance._
What will you be doing?

  • This role provides the Adult Learning Service Administrators and related staff with effective support, in particular respect to the general administration and data recording/monitoring surrounding service delivery._
  • This post is involved with the administrative needs required to ensure the smooth running and delivery of the Adult Learning Programme as well as the needs of the Senior Management and related teams. Duties require good knowledge of systems and procedures, as well as a focus on Customer Service._

About you

  • You must be able to work as part of a team, have good interpersonal and communication skills, an ability to prioritise workload and cope with changing work demands._
  • Accurate data inputting and good IT skills are essential to this role._
